Do you want to replace, return or promote a product, you can do this in a Bik Bok store, or by sending the item back to us. Overview of Bik Bok stores here. If you want to return your product i on of our stores, please bring the receipt we e-mailed you when we sent you the package.

If you send the goods returned to our e-commerce, you will get your money back, and may have to enter a new order to receive new product / size. Use the return address label enclosed with your package.

Upon return to the e-commerce store, you get your money deposited into the account that you used for payment. This occurs within 20 days after we received your returns.

Returns assume the item is unused and in the same condition as when you received it, and with all labels and price tags attached. Items with makeup stains, etc. are not considered to be in it's original condition and unfortunately can not be returned.
Shoes must be returned in original packaging. Beauty products, earrings, underwear and bikinis can unfortunately not be changed/returned. (Any errors goods can obviously advertised).

If we have made an error with your order, or if the product is faulty, we will naturally reimburse you for return shipping.

Return to our e-commerce stock only applies to items that are purchased on (not goods purchased in the street shops).
