Our conditions of purchase can change at any time, so we ask you to read through these fully before placing an order. When you accept a transaction with us, you are also accepting our conditions of purchase. The transaction is complete once you have received your confirmation of order, and it is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that all information provided, such as your name, e-mail address, postal address etc. are correct.

Methods of payment
Payment for products can be made using Visa or Mastercard via a secure and encrypted page, or Klarna Invoice. To be able to make purchases online with your credit/debit card, you will need a 3D security code, which you get from your bank. This is to ensure that your purchase is even more secure.

We deliver to Norway and Sweden, and everything that we sell is in stock in our warehouse.
Our aim is that you will receive your order within 3-5 working days.
Shipping costs kr 49,-.
We have no minimum order value.

Exchange and return
If you wish to exchange, return, or complain about a product, you can do this in a Bik Bok store, or by returning the product to us. You will find the location of all our stores listed here. If you plan to exchange a product in one of our stores, you must take the receipt you received in your e-mail.

If you return the product to our online warehouse, you will receive a refund and must then place a new order if you wish to receive a new product/size. Use the return address label enclosed in your delivery.

Return shipping also costs kr 49,- and will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.

When you return a product to our online warehouse your purchase will be refunded to the account you used when placing your order. We will refund the payment within 20 days of receipt of your returned product.

Return of a product is subject to the product being un-used and in the same condition in which you received the product. All labels, price-tags etc. should be in place. Goods with traces of make-up etc. are not considered to be in original condition and cannot therefore be returned. Shoes must be returned in original packaging. Beauty products, earrings, underwear and bikinis cannot be returned. (This does not include faulty goods, which can of course be returned).

If we make a mistake in your order, or if the item has a production fault, we will of course pay the shipping costs for return.

Return of products to our online warehouse applies only to products purchased at (and not to products bought in any of our high-street stores).

14 days money-back guarantee.
You have a 14 day money-back guarantee, from the day on which you receive your order. Instructions for return can be found under Exchange/return.

As a customer, you have the right to cancel a purchase if your order is delayed for any reason. If we discover that your order may be delayed for some reason, we will contact you and provide a new delivery date. You can then decide if you will wait for the item(s) or cancel the order.

Return of faulty goods
The easiest way to return faulty goods is to take the item directly to one of our stores. Your right to return faulty products last for 3 years. This applies only if the product was delivered with a fault or damage. This does not include normal wear and tear.

If you wish to return a faulty product by sending it to us, we would appreciate it if you send a picture of the faulty item first. Send the image to In this way you can avoid sending a product which we might otherwise dispose of. This is better for the environment and you may also receive a refund sooner.

If you want to return a product to us, then fill in the return slip which came with the delivery and affix the return address label to the pack you are returning.

When you return a product to our online warehouse your purchase will be refunded to the account you used when placing your order. We will refund the payment within 20 days of receipt of your returned product. You will receive an e-mail when we receive your returned order. This usually takes around one week. If a product is faulty, we will of course not charge you for return shipping.

Cancellation of order before you have received the product
If you change your mind about an order after the order has been dispatched, you must collect your order at the collection point and return it to one of our stores or send it back to us. We cannot stop an order once it has been processed.

Uncollected orders
If you change your address or are temporarily having your post forwarded, it is your responsibility as a customer to ensure that your customer information is updated on My pages. A charge of kr 100,- will be applied for all uncollected packages, to cover return of the product to us.

Damage under transport
Contact us immediately if your product has been damaged during transport.

We will abide by the recommendations of Allmänna reklamationsnämndens (The Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes) in any dispute.

Personal information
In registering and/or placing an order, you are agreeing that we will store and use your personal information within our company, in order to carry out and provide the service you expect from us.

In accordance with the law governing the storage of personal information you have the right to access the information we have registered about you. If you believe that the information we hold is incorrect or irrelevant, you can ask for this to be corrected or removed from our customer database.  Contact our customer service if you wish to do this. We can assure you that we will not sell or provide this personal information to any other party.

To shop on you must be over 18 years of age or have permission from your parent/guardian.

All our prices include VAT, and are given in Norwegian kroner, Swedish kronor or Euro.
We accept no liability for typographical errors, or that some product may have sold out. We also reserve the right to change our prices as necessary.

You can set your browser so that it will not allow cookies, but if you do that the page will not work as well as it should. All the information gained when you visit our pages is secure with us and will not be used outside Bik Bok. You can delete cookies from your computer whenever you wish.

Force majeure
If Bik Bok is exposed to force majeure, that is, if we or one of our partners is exposed to war or warlike events, revolution, riot, government measures, strike, lockout, blockade, natural catastrophe, fire, transport disruption, embargo or similar, Bik Bok has the right to suspend its obligations to the customer for a period of up to two months. Following this period, both parties have the right to terminate the contract without payment of compensation.
